ANNE-LAURE DE BANTEL

Anne-Laure graduated from the Université Paris Cité in psychology and has nearly 15 years of experience in direct recruitment. She began her career as a research officer and then moved on to the position of Senior Researcher. In 2019, she created her own head hunting structure.

Her background has allowed her to specialize in the recruitment of top management profiles in various sectors, with a particular interest for the fields of life sciences and health.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2024 as a researcher.
