Romain Buob

As a federal adult trainer and human resources specialist, Romain began his career in the banking-finance, technology and recruitment consulting sectors. He holds several HR positions and develops a strong expertise in talent acquisition and career support.

He joined futura21 from its creation in Geneva in 2012 and opened the office in Lausanne in 2014, then that of Fribourg in 2023. He designs and leads innovative training schemes for executives, with a strong focus on soft skills, team cohesion and digital communication strategies. He also works as a coach for professionals in career transition.

Following the integration of Futura21 into the Grant Alexander Group, Romain became Managing Director of the Swiss subsidiary in 2024. Oversees all operations, leads strategic development and continues to work on executive recruitment and coaching mandates.
