Stéphanie Groll

With a Master’s in Organizational Management (University of Versailles) and training at Georgetown (MBA Program), Stéphanie started her career in engineering consulting, managing profit centers and leading HR transformation projects.
She went on to work in recruitment and HR consulting for large groups, building expertise in talent management, leadership development, and change management. She also worked in the sports sector, coordinating events and designing team-building initiatives.

As an ICF-certified coach, she now conducts assessments, coaching, and leadership development missions, particularly in industry, technology, healthcare, and services.
A former international sports competitor, she draws on this background to enrich her leadership coaching and support transformations.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2024 to help grow Leadership Development in Switzerland.
