At Grant Alexander, our role is to focus on leadership and governance issues. We provide both individual and collective support for executives, management teams and boards, to help them cultivate an authentic, responsible management style that will have a far-reaching positive impact.
We work with SMEs, mid-size companies and major groups listed on the SBF 120 and/or CAC40. We also work with public and semi-public institutions.

OUR TEAM
Our consultants / executive coaches are all experienced professional coaching and career support professionals.
They have all served as executives, including abroad for most of them, which means they understand the complex issues facing companies and their leaders and are well-equipped to provide relevant solutions.
All of our coaches are certified and have completed their training at leading institutions. They provide a minimum of 100 hours of coaching per year and regularly expand their practice by honing their skills with trainings on new approaches, tools and personality tests. They also receive eight to 10 hours of supervision per year. They all abide by the Syntec Conseil ethical charters, and some of them are also ICF and EMCC members.
Last but not least, our team is multicultural and multilingual.

With a focus on performance, our proprietary tool is an adaptation of a coaching method often employed with elite athletes. Athlete Thinking® transposes the mental aspects of athletic training to the professional world to help executives and talents reach their full potential. Athlete Thinking helps participants to develop a better understanding of themselves, build confidence, and adopt a winning attitude so they can reach their optimal performance zone and achieve their goals.
