Our approach to Executive Coaching

To be successful, coaching must be underpinned by a structured method developed through years of professional practice.

The contract signed by all three parties at the beginning of each coaching assignment creates a solid, goal-oriented framework.
Session targets line up with the overall goals for the coaching assignment and are protected by complete confidentiality. They are based on lived experiences and real, everyday situations.
We monitor results in a quantifiable way, using KPIs agreed upon at the beginning of the assignment. At the half-way point and once the assignment has ended, we review those indicators.

Throughout the entire experience, the coach’s approach focuses exclusively on attaining the targets set.

Group coaching

Executive Coaching is also a tool for improving team performance.

When coaching a management or leadership team, the aim is to support all participants so each of them can make the most of their unique skills and talents, and work with the others to build healthy and effective ways of working that are in line with the company’s performance goals.

Ils ont tous un parcours de dirigeants, à l’international pour la plupart, ce qui leur permet de comprendre et d’adresser avec pertinence les problématiques et la complexité que vivent les entreprises et les leaders qu’ils accompagnent.

Tous nos coachs sont certifiés et ont été formés au sein d’organismes de premier rang. Ils comptabilisent a minima 100 heures de coaching par an. Ils enrichissent aussi régulièrement leur pratique et renforcent leurs compétences, que ce soit par la formation à de nouvelles approches ou bien à des outils et tests de personnalité.
