A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of an MBA and a Master’s degree in Consulting & Coaching from INSEAD, Bruno began his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Compagnie. He then spent 17 years as Director of International Development, Director of Executive Development and Managing Director of subsidiaries, where he led transformations in France and internationally.
In 2010, he became an entrepreneur by founding Role Crafing, a firm dedicated to supporting companies, executives and funds. After Grant Alexander’s acquisition of his company in 2021, Bruno will take over the management of the new Transformation Advisory activity of the group, which offers collaborative methods and innovative digital tools to facilitate and accelerate collective and/or individual transformations.
