Claire has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and over 20 years experience in executive search for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotechnology industries.
After starting her career in the Research and Development Centre of a pharmaceutical company, she joined the world of headhunting and worked for several international executive search firms, before setting up her own consultancy firm.
In 2022, she joined the Grant Alexander Group as Director of the Biotechnology & Bioindustry practice.
