A graduate of Sciences Po Lille, with additional training at INSEAD and Harvard, Alexandre Rispal has built his career at the intersection of technology, finance, and services.
He has held several executive leadership roles in highly technological and regulated environments, with a focus on B2B2C models, product innovation, and growth.
As an entrepreneur and Operating Partner, he works on scale-up challenges, commercial performance, structuring, and strategic pivots.

He co-founded Insurtech France and actively contributes to several sector initiatives focused on responsible innovation and AI ethics, notably through publications.

In 2024, he joined the Grant Alexander Group by co-founding Hekzé, a structure dedicated to operational consulting and supporting investment funds and their portfolio companies in the financial services and mobility sectors. Hekzé acts as a hands-on partner to secure growth and transformation phases.
